JJ Care Services provides care and support services to self-managed homecare package clients and invoices your homecare package provider. Say goodbye to trawling through online platforms to find care staff, contacting dozens of candidates and juggling each around to fill your days – our coordination team looks after all the recruitment, rostering and management of your services. We will cover all your services, meaning if someone is sick or on leave, we make the roster adjustments to get another familiar face on your doorstep without a hassle for you.

We charge no extra fees for coordination, no exit fees and no case management fees. You will only pay an hourly rate for all services provided

The next step is to select a provider. Many providers will charge extreme establishment fees, administration charges and ongoing case management, coordination and daily fees.

We provide services to Homecare Package recipients for a flat percentage-based fee through a third party management provider, who looks after the compliance and administration of your Homecare Package, leaving us to focus on the most important thing to us – you!
